What can you design?

If it's geometric, we can design it! We specialize in parametric 3D design, which means that the models we create are based on mathematical relationships to one another. In other words, we make our designs so that it can be modified later by just changing a number or two. If something doesn't fit quite right for you, we can make a quick adjustment and get it back to you.

Process

Our process is simple and easy to follow! Let's break it down.

You reach out to us either through our Custom Order Form (below) or by email with your design. The more information you can provide, the better! Dimensions, shape, and function are all helpful for designing. Let us know if you want us to print it or just want the file.
We review what you sent and get you a quote on how long it would take to model and how much you can expect to pay, shipping included.
You approve your quote and pay the first installment. We accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, and debit/credit cards. Please see "How can I pay?" in our FAQ below for more information.
We get to work modeling your product, and we'll contact you with updates along the way.
When everything is finished, we'll send you the print, file, or both.

FAQ

What if something is wrong with my design when I get it?

We'll do everything we can to fix it! We specialize in parametric 3D design, which means that the models we create are based on mathematical relationships to one another. In other words, we make our designs so that it can be modified later by just changing a number or two. If it turns out that the part you ordered is a millimeter too thick, parametric design allows us to quickly modify the design and return it to you.

Please note that if you purchase a 3D print of your design from us, we will do our best to make it fit your requirements, but we cannot guarantee it will. Our work is dependent on the measurements we are provided. For best results, we recommend providing your measurements in millimeters.

How do I get my design?

If you chose to order just a digital design, we'll email it to you. If you chose to have your design 3D printed with us, we'll send you the print as soon as it's finished. You may also request that we send you the digital file for your design if you want it.

How do I pay?

We accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, or credit card. When we send you your quote, we will include links to all methods.

For orders in excess of $50, we ask for a deposit equal to 25% of the quote we send you. This deposit is to offset the cost of materials and labor should a transaction not be completed.

We also offer the option to pay 100% upfront or split your purchase into 50% upfront and 50% at shipping/local delivery. Please let us know which you prefer!
